Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at the East India Company Restaurant. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
- Assist with inventory management and ordering
- Provide training to new staff members
- Requirements:
- Smart Serve certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
