Private Banking Associate Role
The Private Banking Associate role is designed for sales and entrepreneurial-minded individuals who are looking to build a career in credit-focused banking. As a Private Banking Associate, you will have the opportunity to develop core credit underwriting and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net worth clients
- Provide personalized and attentive service to clients
- Develop and implement strategic borrowing solutions for clients
- Work collaboratively with the Private Banking team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Completed undergraduate or master's degree by June 2025, or relevant work experience in building client relationships and providing financial advice
- Ability to obtain a license to sell mutual funds (requirements will be determined on a case-by-case basis)
- Strong sales and relationship-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
