Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
    • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Office Management
    • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and record-keeping
    • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Financial Management
    • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure effective financial management
  • Experience and Qualifications
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
    • Permanent employment
    • Fluent in English
    • 40 hours per week
