We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit Supervisor to lead our food service team at McDonald's Restaurant.
About the RoleAs a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality products. You will lead a team of 3-4 employees, including kitchen and food service helpers, and work closely with them to achieve business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in food service management. They will be able to motivate and inspire their team to deliver outstanding results, while also being flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of 3-4 employees to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality products.
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations and improve overall performance.
