Unit Team Leader for McDonald's

We are seeking a highly motivated Unit Team Leader to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of staff and contribute to the success of our business.
Job DescriptionAs a Unit Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food. You will also train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
You will work closely with the restaurant management team to achieve business objectives, manage inventory, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage. Your role will involve addressing customer complaints or concerns, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and promoting a positive image of the restaurant.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A high school graduation certificate and relevant work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
