We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at HAPPY MARKET. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Perform accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
