The Opportunity

We are building a world-class Business Development Team to support our diverse client portfolio. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and scheduling new customer demos or meetings, enabling our clients' sales teams to close deals effectively.

Our Hiring Process

    4. Cold Call Test: Finally, you'll get the chance to participate in a cold call test to showcase your sales skills.
  3. Onboarding: You'll receive comprehensive training to help you shine in your new role. We're here to support you every step of the way.
  4. Compensation: We offer a competitive salary package, with a base pay range of $40,000 to $60,000 CAD and additional commissions.

  • Source and qualify outbound opportunities and develop a strong pipeline for our clients' Account Executives via communications.
  • Meet weekly and monthly qualified opportunity goals to ensure client revenue objectives are met.
