Associate - Wealth Management Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Wealth Management team at National Bank. As an Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our wealth advisors in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Ensure effective communication between clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders to provide seamless service and support.
- Customer Service: Provide superior customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Account Analysis: Analyze client accounts to identify opportunities for growth and provide recommendations to wealth advisors.
- Transaction Processing: Process transactions related to investment accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Agenda Coordination: Coordinate advisors' agendas, schedule appointments, and prepare for client meetings.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.

Requirements:
