Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Marlene Sapurco. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to elderly individuals in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Plan therapeutic diets and menus
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability
Work Environment:

Our Home Support Workers work in the client's home, providing one-on-one support and care. This is a non-smoking environment.
