Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Marlene Sapurco. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to elderly individuals in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Plan therapeutic diets and menus
  • Perform laundry and mend clothing and linens
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work independently
  • Reliability and punctuality
Work Environment:

Our Home Support Workers work in a non-smoking environment and may have the opportunity to live in on a live-in basis. We provide a supportive and inclusive work environment, and we are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients.
