About the Role

Crownlink Transport Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, performing routine clerical duties, and preparing and submitting reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Activities: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations, including coordinating schedules, work orders, and emergency situations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and performing general office duties.
  • Logistics Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including establishing work schedules and procedures.
  • Supervision: Supervise 1 to 2 personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects.
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work independently and under pressure, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
