Head Baker

We are seeking an experienced Head Baker to join our team at True Grain Cowichan. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for overseeing all baking operations, managing staff, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Responsibilities:- Baking Operations: Supervise and coordinate the baking process, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of bakers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of all baking supplies and ingredients.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet our standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
