Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective safety management systems.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Evaluate and improve existing programs and policies.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- University degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- CRSP designation and/or other relevant certifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
