Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Care Support Worker to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accompany patients on outdoor recreational activities to promote physical and mental well-being
  • Perform various tasks related to patient care and comfort, including supplying and emptying bed pans, taking vital signs, and serving meal trays
  • Maintain patients' rooms and inventory of supplies to ensure a safe and clean environment
  • Transport patients between care facilities and respond to call signals to determine patients' needs
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
