Job Title: Personal Support Worker - Nursing Care

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at Ontario Inc. as a Nursing Care Support Worker.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support in a nursing environment.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Accompany patients on outdoor recreational activities to promote physical and mental well-being.
  • Perform various tasks related to patient care and comfort, such as taking vital signs and serving meal trays.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including making beds and restocking supplies.
  • Transport patients between care facilities as needed.
  • Respond to call signals to determine patients' needs and provide timely assistance.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train for the role.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week.
