Logistics Specialist

UPS is a leader in the logistics industry, and we're seeking experienced individuals to join our team as Package Delivery Specialists.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced outdoor environment. They must also have a valid class 5 driver's license and be able to lift up to 70 pounds without assistance.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $25,000 per year, which includes an hourly rate of $17.30 plus a bonus of $1.70 per hour. Our starting pay is higher than average for similar positions, and we offer opportunities for advancement and career growth.
In addition to our attractive salary package, we provide paid weekly training, immediate access to employee discounts, and a clean driving record requirement that aligns with industry standards.
To ensure success in this role, you must be at least 21 years old, have a valid class 5 driver's license, and be able to read and navigate using map books. You should also be fluent in English and have a clean driving abstract with no accidents or traffic violations within the past three years and twelve months respectively.
As a Package Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering packages in residential areas, working closely with customers to resolve any issues that may arise during delivery. Your ability to work independently and make sound judgments in high-pressure situations will be essential in this role.
