Responsibilities:

* Provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for children and parents
* Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
* Engage children in activities such as games, arts and crafts, and outdoor play
* Maintain a clean and organized childcare area
* Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's needs and activities

Requirements:

* Maintain valid Child/Infant CPR certification
* Experience working with children in a childcare setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods

Physical Requirements:

* Able to lift up to 50lbs on occasion
* Needs to be able to stand, bend and squat with frequency
* Able to climb and hang decorations when needed

Meetings:

* Annual Staff Meetings
* Monthly Department Meetings
* Employee Training Meetings
