Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at 1663515 Ab Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Management: Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
  • Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding service and quality.
  • Service Offerings: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Cost Control: Analyze and control costs to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to build loyalty and drive repeat business.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
