Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Freight Truck Driver to join our team at Iceberg Pure Water. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Load and unload goods
  • Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
  • Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
  • Perform preventive maintenance
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
Requirements
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles)
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Willing to travel for extended periods
  • Attention to detail
  • Handling heavy loads
  • Physically demanding
