Senior Wealth Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Wealth Management Professional. This role will involve leading a large team with functional diversity and complexity, overseeing management of team processes, and contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead relationships with business lines/corporate and/or control functions to ensure alignment with enterprise and/or regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the process of setting performance objectives for the team; track, monitor and effectively address and/or reward performance in a timely manner.
- Manage employees in compliance with all human resources policies, procedures and guidelines of conduct.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the business area/function and the bank, both internally and/or externally.
- Undergraduate university degree.
- Investment Management course, CIM or CFA is an asset.
- CFP or PFP designation (CFP preferred) is an asset.
