About the Role

At CC&L Financial Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Communications Manager to join our team. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communications strategies to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute communications plans to engage with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and disseminate communications materials, including press releases, media kits, and social media content.
  • Manage and maintain our company's brand voice and tone across all communications channels.
  • Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders on communications-related matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial services communications.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned communications professional with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial services communications. You should have a strong understanding of marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and CMS. Proficiency in verbal and written French is an asset. You should also have effective written and oral communication and presentation skills, with the ability to improvise and run with projects independently. A creative mind with an eye for detail is essential, as is a proven track record of successful communications initiatives.
