Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Frankie's Automotive & Body Shop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for loading and unloading goods, operating a tow truck, and ensuring the safe transportation of vehicles.

Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload goods from vehicles, ensuring that all items are properly secured and accounted for.
  • Tow Truck Operations: Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to and from our facility, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery, including dollies and hand trucks, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Security and Safety: Conduct regular checks on drivers' validity licenses, driving records, and criminal records to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Transportation and Travel: Possess a valid driver's license and adhere to all transportation regulations, including hours of service and vehicle inspections.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent judgment, organization, reliability, teamwork, hard work, and patience.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a bi-weekly schedule of 60 to 80 hours. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent.
