We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Technician to join our team at Modair Developments Ltd. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of engineering specifications and drawings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of engineering specifications and drawings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Participate in field surveys, inspections, and technical investigations to gather data and inform engineering decisions.
  • Prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates, utilizing your analytical skills to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare engineering designs and drawings, working closely with our design team to ensure seamless execution.
  • Supervise or conduct field surveys, inspections, technical investigations, and testing of construction materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
  • Basic security clearance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
