Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Proactively engage in daily prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential job opportunities for our clients.
- Account Acquisition: Develop and maintain relationships with employers to secure job opportunities and placements for our clients.
- Client Placement: Match job seeker clients with suitable job openings and place clients into positions, including subsidized placements.
- Retention and Monitoring: Maintain retention outcomes in accordance with established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide ongoing assistance to address work-related issues.
- Community Outreach: Forge partnerships with community and culturally specific organizations to enhance outreach efforts and expand our reach.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and confidential records using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to ensure effective collaboration with all stakeholders.
- Research and Planning: Conduct research and planning to identify job leads and align them with labor market and client needs.
- Education: College diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalency.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales, outreach, staffing, and/or telemarketing.
- Skills: Proven ability to leverage a sales model to produce an optimal number of job leads, comfortable with lead generation, cold calling, presentations, and research.
- Language: Ability to speak another language is an asset.
- Other: Valid Ontario driver's license and access to a vehicle, police background check required.
