Job Title: Clinical Study Manager

At Pharmaceutical Research Associates, Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Study Manager to join our team. As a Clinical Study Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional study teams to ensure the successful delivery of clinical studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate study teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of clinical studies
  • Develop and maintain study plans, including global study management plans and study project plans
  • Oversee study level performance against agreed-upon plans, milestones, and key performance indicators
  • Identify and report quality issues and collaborate with functions to overcome barriers and achieve milestones

Requirements:

  • University degree (or equivalent) in medical or biological sciences or a related field
  • Proven project management experience and training
  • Extensive knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical research regulatory requirements
  • Experience in all phases of clinical study delivery, including startup, maintenance, and close-out
