Clinical Study Manager

At Pharmaceutical Research Associates, Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Study Manager to join our team. As a Clinical Study Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional study teams to ensure the successful delivery of clinical studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate study teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of clinical studies
- Develop and maintain study plans, including risk-based quality management and proactive risk and contingency plans
- Oversee study level performance against agreed-upon plans, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify and report quality issues and collaborate with functions to overcome barriers and achieve milestones
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical research regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- University degree (or equivalent) in medical or biological sciences or discipline associated with clinical research
- Proven project management experience and training
- Experience in CAR-T studies is required
- Extensive knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical research regulatory requirements and experience in all phases of clinical study delivery
