Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience working in an agriculture or construction equipment dealership.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and territory management.
  • Commercial marketing experience, preferably with compact construction equipment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills and priority focus.
  • Strong performer with a high level of drive.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean Department of Motor Vehicle driving record.
  • Travel required: > 75%.
