Paladin Security is seeking a Healthcare Security Officer to join our team. As a Healthcare Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing proactive and reactive security patrols and response to incidents in a healthcare facility. You will work on assigned shifts, including 8-12 hour shifts, and be required to write reports and investigate routine incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol interior and exterior of the facility to prevent unauthorized entry and monitor risks such as unlocked doors and blocked entrances and exits.
- Respond to alarms and emergency calls for assistance, and communicate in a truthful and receptive manner under all circumstances.
- Monitor and screen visitors and clients in a professional manner to grant access to the facility.
- Work effectively with key stakeholders and visitors to provide courteous and respectful relations.
Requirements:
- Superior customer service skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
