Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Kelowna East Investments Ltd.
Job Summary:The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas of the property are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Housekeeping Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the property are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
- Manage Housekeeping Supplies and Equipment: Manage the inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are available and in good working order.
- Ensure Safety and Quality Standards: Ensure that all housekeeping staff are aware of and adhere to safety and quality standards, including infection control and local health and sanitation regulations.
- Conduct Performance Evaluations: Conduct regular performance evaluations of housekeeping staff to ensure that they are meeting the required standards.
- Coordinate Maintenance and Repair Services: Coordinate maintenance and repair services for all housekeeping equipment and supplies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
