Job Description

2 Bro'zz Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced cook to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, following established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring efficient and safe food preparation and service.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring optimal kitchen operations.
  • Clean and maintain the kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Strong initiative, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment, with regular hours of 32 to 40 hours per week. English is the primary language of communication in the workplace.
