  • Job Summary
  • We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Systems Consultant to join our team at Citco (Canada) Inc.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources information systems, including policy development, procedure implementation, and quality assurance.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify requirements for human resources information systems
  • Develop policies and procedures to minimize the effects of security breaches
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
  • Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in human resources information systems
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and team player
