We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Architect to join our dynamic team at Intact Financial Corporation. As a key member of our Broker Hosting Service team, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure on AWS (and Azure if possible) platforms, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.



In this role, you will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications. You will also be responsible for implementing monitoring solutions to track the performance and availability of cloud resources, and optimizing cloud infrastructure to ensure cost-efficiency and performance.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and deploy cloud infrastructure on AWS (and Azure if possible) platforms.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
  • Implement monitoring solutions to track the performance and availability of cloud resources.
  • Optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure cost-efficiency and performance.
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and Linux systems.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of cloud architecture, configurations, and processes.


Requirements:


  • 3-5 years experience in a Cloud Administrator role.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services.
  • Strong knowledge of access and authentication services: IAM, IdP, SAML, RBAC, etc.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git systems: GitLab.
  • Strong knowledge of scripting and automation tools: Terraform, Python, Bash, PowerShell.
  • AWS certifications are highly desired.
  • Experience with Azure is highly recommended.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI and Microsoft is an asset.
  • Experience in a hybrid cloud environment is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Agile/DevOps methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Linux systems (RHEL, Ubuntu, etc.).
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Provide technical support to clients using cloud product interfaces, solutions, and application programs (APIs).
  • Availability for on-call support (rotation).
  • Bilingualism is mandatory (French / English).
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
