At Intact Financial Corporation, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Administrator (DevOps) to join our Broker Hosting Service team. As a key member of our dynamic team, you'll play a strategic role in the expansion, deployment, architecture, automation, and optimization of our Cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (and Azure if possible) platforms, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate provisioning and configuration of cloud resources.
  • Perform Linux and windows system administration tasks, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers.
  • Implement monitoring solutions to track the performance and availability of cloud resources. Optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure cost-efficiency and performance.
  • Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and Linux systems. Provide support for incident management and root cause analysis.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of cloud architecture, configurations, and processes.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in a Cloud Administrator role.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services.
  • Strong knowledge of access and authentication services: IAM, IdP, SAML, RBAC, etc.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git systems: GitLab.
  • Strong knowledge of scripting and automation tools: Terraform, Python, Bash, PowerShell.
  • AWS certifications are highly desired.
  • Experience with Azure is highly recommended.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI and Microsoft is an asset.
  • Experience in a hybrid cloud environment is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Agile/DevOps methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Linux systems (RHEL, Ubuntu, etc.).
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Provide technical support to clients using cloud product interfaces, solutions, and application programs (APIs).
  • Availability for on-call support (rotation).
  • Bilingualism is mandatory (French / English).
