About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Assistant to join our team at Mehtoj Group Ltd. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing and record systems, ensuring seamless access to information when needed.
  • Perform general office duties, including responding to correspondence and managing incoming paperwork.
Computer Skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, with experience using spreadsheets for data analysis and organization.
  • Able to create professional documents using MS Word.
Personal Qualities
  • A high level of accuracy in all tasks, ensuring attention to detail and precision in work.
  • Excellent oral communication skills, allowing for clear and concise interaction with colleagues and clients.
  • Organized and efficient in work approach, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
