We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Director to lead our home care operations in the Niagara Region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization and driving our mission forward.

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring the delivery of timely, personalized, and high-quality home care services.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to address the unique challenges of home care in the Niagara Region.
- Ensure seamless coordination between teams to optimize service delivery in an ever-changing environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client concerns, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving expertise.
- Build trust and rapport with clients and their families, ensuring their voices shape our care plans.
- Engage with the community to promote Stay-at-Home Nursing Care and identify opportunities to better serve local needs.
- Ensure adherence to all provincial healthcare regulations and industry standards, maintaining the integrity of our services.
- Lead quality assurance initiatives, conducting regular reviews and implementing improvements as needed.
- Monitor client satisfaction metrics and adjust strategies to maintain superior levels of care.
- Identify trends and opportunities in the home care market to expand services and strengthen our regional presence.
- Work with marketing and business development teams to promote Stay-at-Home Nursing Care's services within the community.
- Establish partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and stakeholders to enhance service offerings.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) or equivalent healthcare credential.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in home care or community nursing.
- Proven success in leading teams within a fast-paced, client-centered environment.
- In-depth knowledge of home care operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and client care planning.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, families, and staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management software.
