Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the maintenance of the office, including the management of supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of office support staff, ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard.

  • Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
