- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of office support staff, ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records, ensuring compliance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
