Job Summary

We are seeking a Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Petro Canada and A&W. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a clean and safe environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Load buspans and trays with food and supplies
  • Keep records of food quantities used to ensure accurate inventory
  • Portion and wrap food to meet customer needs
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a fresh and appealing selection
  • Take customer orders and respond to their needs in a timely manner
  • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs to meet customer needs
Requirements
  • Will train on the job to ensure a smooth transition
  • Permanent employment opportunity with a regular schedule
  • English language proficiency required
  • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
