Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at ANTHILL CONSTRUCTION LTD. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the loading, unloading, and transportation of construction materials, as well as performing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites
  • Clean and lubricate cranes and other heavy equipment
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assemble tower cranes on site
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
