About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at ANTHILL CONSTRUCTION LTD. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to and from the site.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Clean and lubricate cranes, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Construction Support: Assist in erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Tower Crane Assembly: Assist in assembling tower cranes on site.
  • Environmental Support: Assist in cleaning up chemical spills and other contaminants, and removing rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Green Job: This role involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
