Marketing Coordinator Role at Millennial Events

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Millennial Events. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in promoting our brand and events through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spokesperson: Act as a representative of our organization, communicating with clients, media, and other stakeholders.
  • Advertising and Promotion: Advise clients on effective advertising and sales promotion strategies.
  • Research and Content Creation: Gather, research, and prepare communications material, including brochures, reports, and other materials.
  • Media Relations: Initiate and maintain contact with the media, ensuring our brand is represented positively.
  • Event Planning: Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions, ensuring their success.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, large workload, client focus, team player.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. The language of work is English. This role involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes, making it a green job.
