Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at RhynoCare. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet the unique needs of each resident.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent.
• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards.
