Your Job Description

As a Personal Support Worker (PSW), you will be responsible for providing daily living assistance to clients in their homes or community settings. This includes personal care, mobility, and medication management. Your compassionate approach and excellent communication skills will ensure seamless collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and medication management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client information

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess a valid Certificate as a Personal Support Worker (PSW), RN or RPN, Nursing student (2 clinical placements completed), Valid Developmental Support Worker Certificate, or Foreign trained healthcare professional - Nurse, Physician. A valid driver's license and vehicle are also required.
