Catering Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Café Manager to join our team at Abbotsford. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for managing the café catering operation, including staff, business development, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the café catering operation, including staff supervision and development
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase customer satisfaction and revenue
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring high-quality standards
- Collaborate with the hospitality team to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor and control café finances, including budgeting and inventory management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or catering environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Working Hours: The role will involve working a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends and bank holidays.
Salary: £15.38/hour (pro rata f/t £27,991 – Grade 5, spine point 13)
