At The Abbotsford Trust, we're seeking a skilled Catering Manager to lead our café team at Abbotsford. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for managing the catering operation, including staff, business development, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the café catering operation, ensuring high-quality food and service standards are maintained.
- Lead and develop a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
