Shop Assembler

We are seeking a skilled Shop Assembler to join our team at Integrity Resource Management Limited. As a Shop Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling plywood panels and maintaining equipment in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble Plywood Panels: Read blueprints, written specifications, and production drawings to assemble plywood panels.
- Maintain Equipment: Ensure equipment is in good working condition and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Requisition Materials: Order and requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Ensure Safety Regulations: Adhere to safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.
- Measure, Cut, Shape, Assemble, and Join Materials: Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Experience is an asset.
- Work Site Environment: Dusty and noisy work site environment.
- Work Setting: Wood products manufacturer with relocation costs covered by the employer.
- Equipment and Machinery Experience: Power tools, small hand tools, nail guns, and precision measuring instruments.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
