Job Title: Shop Assembler

We are seeking a skilled Shop Assembler to join our team at Integrity Resource Management Limited. As a Shop Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling plywood panels and other wood products in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, written specifications, and production drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Maintain equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assemble plywood panels and other wood products to meet quality and production standards.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a manufacturing or woodworking environment is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
