We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Suda Restaurant & Cafe. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations, managing inventory, and ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques.
- Kitchen Operations: Manage inventory, maintain kitchen equipment, and ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed.
- Dish Development: Create new menu items and specials to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
- Certifications: Food Safety Certification is preferred.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, gratuities may be included as part of the compensation package.
