Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Chevron. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are meeting sales targets
- Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Establish work schedules and ensure the store is staffed appropriately
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
- Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, including training and development
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a retail store environment, with regular exposure to customers, sales associates, and other store staff. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment, communicate effectively, and provide excellent customer service.
