Electrical Systems Maintenance Specialist

At Electro Motors Company Ltd., we are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As an Electrical Systems Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment, including electric motors, transformers, switchgear, and generators. Your duties will include testing and observing electrical and mechanical conditions of equipment, troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical issues, and performing static or dynamic balancing of armatures or rotors.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years or more of experience in a similar role and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and have the ability to distinguish between colors. We offer a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek and a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers. We provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees.
