Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team at Electro Motors Company Ltd. As an Electrical Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for the repair, testing, and maintenance of electrical and electro-mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test and observe electrical and mechanical conditions of equipment to identify areas for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electric motors, transformers, switchgear, generators, and other electro-mechanical equipment.
  • Replace or recondition shafts, bearings, commutators, and other components as needed.
  • Wind, assemble, and install various types of coils to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform static or dynamic balancing of armatures or rotors to ensure smooth operation.
  • Test repaired motors, transformers, switchgear, or other electrical apparatus to ensure proper performance.
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in electrical systems maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual labor.
